Again in 2012, we are conducting our “65 Roses” campaign where businesses, organizations, tennis teams and individuals can buy a Rose for $100, the proceeds of which go directly to benefit CFF. The 2012 Jim Crane State Farm Highland Open tennis tournament, presented by the Highland Park Tennis Association, will be held April 20-22, at Highland Park. Last year, our annual charity tournament raised $23,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and we are happy to announce that the 2012 tourney will benefit CFF again.
We were so pleased that Jim Crane State Farm returned as the tournament’s title sponsor. Jim Crane has been a long-time and big-time supporter of CFF, as two of his children were stricken with the disease. We are also thankful that HPTA was the presenting sponsor, thanks to the overwhelming vote of support by HPTA members. We also appreciated our other sponsors and donors.
